At Liberty Door, every product that enters our facility starts its journey with the Receiving Clerk. In this role, you ensure the materials we receive are accurate, in good condition, and ready to support our production and customer orders. Your attention to detail and organization help keep our warehouse running efficiently and our projects on schedule.

Inspect Incoming Shipments – Unload deliveries and verify products against packing slips and purchase orders.
Maintain Accurate Records – Enter received goods into our computer system to ensure inventory accuracy.
Handle Documentation – Manage receiving paperwork including bills of lading and freight claims, and report any damaged shipments.
Organize Materials – Place incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations to maintain an efficient workspace.
Operate Equipment Safely – Use forklifts and pallet jacks while maintaining a clean and safe receiving area.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Comfortable using computers and learning inventory systems
Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and office personnel
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to help where needed
Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred
Knowledge of millwork or building materials is a plus
Forklift experience preferred (training available)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for the duration of a shift
Basic math skills for verifying quantities and measurements
